GLP-1 sendagaiak eta belaunetako osteoartritisa: entsegua

Zergatik duen zentzuak galderak
Belauneko osteoartritisa ez da higadura mekaniko hutsa, baina karga mekanikoa irudiaren zati bat da, eta gorputz-pisu txikiagoak pisua eusten duen artikulazio batean karga txikiagoa esan nahi du — ohiko arrazoibide ortopediko bat, ez GLP-1 entseguetatik ateratako aurkikuntza bat. Ausazko entsegu plazebo-kontrolatu batek astero behin hartutako semaglutide probatu zuen, obesitatea eta belauneko osteoartritisa zituzten pertsonetan zehazki [17].
