Dulaglutid: šta su zapravo pokazali klinički ispiti

Šta dokazi podržavaju
REWIND je pokazao kardiovaskularnu korist kod dijabetesa tipa 2. Smanjenje telesne težine je skromno u poređenju sa semaglutidom ili tirzepatidom. [1]
Nije odobren za upravljanje težinom. Uključen je jer se često susreće i često se meša sa sredstvima za upravljanje težinom.
Šta se dešava kada prestanete
Ovo je deo slike koji se najčešće izostavlja. Ispitivanja povlačenja dosledno pokazuju značajan povratak težine unutar godine dana nakon prestanka, a kardiometabolički markeri se vraćaju zajedno s njom [2].
