Što dokazi podržavaju
REWIND je pokazao kardiovaskularnu korist u dijabetesu tipa 2. Smanjenje tjelesne mase je umjereno u usporedbi sa semaglutidom ili tirzepatidom. [1]
Nije odobren za upravljanje težinom. Uključen jer se često susreće i često se miješa s agentima za upravljanje težinom.
Što se događa kada prestanete
Ovo je dio slike koji se najčešće izostavlja. Ispitni programi povlačenja dosljedno pokazuju značajan povratak težine unutar godine dana nakon prestanka, a kardiometabolički markeri se vraćaju s njom [2].
