GLP-1 mellékhatások, gyakoriság szerint rangsorolva
A gastrointestinalis mellékhatások szinte univerzálisak és általában kezelhetők. A ritka események, amelyek a figyelmet dominálják, valóban ritkák.
A gyakoriak
Szinte minden gyakori gastrointestinalis, és szinte mind közvetlenül a késleltetett gyomorürítésből következik. A vizsgálati programok során a minta következetes [5][6][8]:
| Hatás | Megközelítőleg mennyire gyakori | Minta |
|---|---|---|
| Mellékhatások miatti leállás | Néhány százalék | Magasabb a legmagasabb dózisoknál |
- Pajzsmirigy C-sejt daganatok. A figyelmeztetés rágcsálókkal végzett kutatásokból származik.
- Gastroparesis. A késleltetett gyomorürítés a szándékos mechanizmus, ahogy a mechanizmus oldalon is szerepel.
A főbb biztonsági jelek hiánya a csoportosított vizsgálati adatokban
